1

Fernando Mendoza

QB | Indiana

Las Vegas needs a new quarterback to lead their franchise to the promised land. Signing Kirk Cousins as veteran presence is an excellent move. By signing many guys in free agency, the Raiders are looking to be in the right direction. If they decide to sit Mendoza for a year (or half, depending how Kirk does), they will likely be in a playoff push next season.

2

David Bailey

EDGE | Texas Tech

I think the Jets may do the best thing possible here and take David Bailey out of Texas Tech. It's someone a lot of teams have their eyes on. I think he is a better overall player than Arvell Reese.

3

Jeremiyah Love

RB | Notre Dame

Arizona may very well traded this pick down with other teams looking to move up. I think sticking here and taking the draft's best player is a wise choice. James Conner is aging and Tyler Allgeier isn't a starter. Jeremiyah Love can be the NFC's best back in a season or two.

4

Arvell Reese

LB | Ohio State

The Titans have a choice here to take either Sonny Styles or Arvell Reese. They very well may trade this pick down a bit further. I think Arvell Reese is the premium choice at this position and should not be passed by.

5

Caleb Downs

S | Ohio State

I think this could be a situation where New York could take Love, potentially even trading up for Jeremiyah Love. However, that's too costly for the Giants. I think staying here while taking the best safety is a better approach. They could take Sonny Styles, too.

6

Rueben Bain Jr.

EDGE | Miami

TRADE! The Saints are in need of an explosive and violent playmaker on defense. While Cam Jordan has not re-signed yet, the Saints are in need of a temporary fix or potential replacement. While his arm size is not standard, the Saints have drafted similar before with Trey Hendrickson.

7

Sonny Styles

LB | Ohio State

The Washington Commanders have very few picks inside the top 100. They should be taking Carnell Tate here, but I think the front office likes Sonny Styles more. They have spent a lot of time with him already. It seems like a move that they will do. They have also mentioned to want to move up for Arvell Reese.

8

Spencer Fano

OT | Utah

via NO - The Saints swapped this pick with Cleveland in my mock draft, so I think the general consensus is that they take an offensive tackle. Most would assume Carnell Tate goes to Cleveland. However, they have done a lot of homework on tackles including Monroe Freeling, Kadyn Proctor and Spencer Fano. I think Fano is the better choice here at No. 8.

9

Carnell Tate

WR | Ohio State

The Chiefs may be fielding calls here, but ultimately I think they surprise the NFL world and go with Carnell Tate. Just today, the Chiefs stated they are "wary" of re-signing Rashee Rice. While losing him would be dismal, the Chiefs are left with Xavier Worthy, Tyquan Thornton, and of course, Travis Kelce. I think they need another playmaker, especially after missing the playoffs for the first time in a decade.

10

Jordyn Tyson

WR | Arizona State

The Giants are fond of Tyson and most likely will take an offensive weapon here at No. 10 since acquiring this pick from Cincinnati over the weekend. Jordyn Tyson could be a sleeper in the rookie offensive player of the year rankings.

11

Kenyon Sadiq

TE | Oregon

TRADE! I think the Panthers will need to be aggressive if they want to get Sadiq. So many teams have him high on their board. Such teams include: Rams, Ravens, Buccaneers, Dolphins and the Vikings.

12

Colton Hood

CB | Tennessee

I think the Cowboys will be in a tricky spot here. They said they would like to trade up, but that likely stemmed from the media. If they stay here at No. 12, they will likely miss out on Styles, Reese, and Downs. While doing so, they most likely will just take the best player on the board. In my mock, that consists of Makai Lemon, Francis Mauigoa, and Mansoor Delane, or Colton Hood.

13

Makai Lemon

WR | USC

The Rams and Makai Lemon seem to have a legit connection. I think since Davante Adams is aging and letting Tutu Attwell walk to Miami, the Rams are in need of another receiver.

14

Olaivavega Ioane

IOL | Penn State

Olaivavega Ioane is in play for the Ravens with multiple experts slotting him here. I could see Baltimore trading back and taking someone later, but I really think they'd want Kenyon Sadiq the most. However, they didn't according to my draft.

15

Mansoor Delane

CB | LSU

TRADE! I think Mansoor Delane keeps sliding a bit, and Miami wants to trade back up (after trading with Carolina earlier in my mock) to select him. That would mean swapping No. 19 with Tampa Bay's No. 15. By the way, the Dolphins have four 3rd round picks.

16

Omar Cooper Jr.

WR | Indiana

I think the Jets should take a receiver here. Omar Cooper Jr. is a national champion and someone who succeeded with Fernando Mendoza all season long at Indiana. The Jets desperately need weapons if they want to somehow compete with Geno Smith. Who knows, maybe the Jets land Ty Simpson or Carson Beck later in the draft.

17

Monroe Freeling

OT | Georgia

The Lions really need an offensive tackle to line up opposite of Penei Sewell. I think this is a direction they could get behind, especially Jared Goff. The Lions are especially aggressive in recent drafts and this one may serve no different.

18

Kadyn Proctor

OT | Alabama

TRADE! The Eagles have a lot of draft picks and the Vikings...don't. Howie Roseman is one of the most dangerous general managers in the NFL. His approach in the NFL drafts often strike harder than others. Wth Lane Johnson soon to be retired, the Eagles need depth and a future at the position.

19

Akheem Mesidor

EDGE | Miami

via Miami; CAR - After waiting a few picks, the Buccaneers finally draft and take Akheem Mesidor out of Miami. He is heavily linked to Tampa Bay.

20

Caleb Lomu

OT | Utah

TRADE! I have the Cowboys dropping from No. 20 down to No. 25 as the Bears trade up for Caleb Lomu. The Chicago Bears really need an offensive tackle.

21

Blake Miller

OT | Clemson

Tackle is a huge need for Pittsburgh, and Blake Miller is a fantastic choice for them without having to play the board.

22

Jermod McCoy

CB | Tennessee

The Chargers should do the smart thing and stay put at No. 22 and take Jermod McCoy. Despite injury, McCoy still is a top cornerback to draft and should instantly prove his high draft pick.

23

Dillon Thieneman

S | Oregon

via PHI - Even while trading back, Minnesota still lands their Harrison Smith replacement. Dillon Thieneman is a top safety and may even excel the likes of Caleb Downs.

24

KC Concepcion

WR | Texas A&M

TRADE! I think San Francisco will need to trade up a bit to land Concepcion. Cleveland wants him, but San Francisco could package Brandon Aiyuk and the No 27. pick to Cleveland. Even with signing Mike Evans and Christian Kirk, San Francisco needs a slot receiver and replacement to aging players.

25

Keldric Faulk

EDGE | Auburn

via CHI - I have Dallas doubling up on defense, but this time with a pass rusher. Dallas really struggled on defense last year, but adding Faulk and Colton Hood should turn the wheels the other way.

26

Emmanuel McNeil-Warren

S | Toledo

The Buffalo Bills are in a tough spot, so unable to get Dillon Thieneman, they should take Emmanuel McNeil-Warren out of Toledo.

27

Kayden McDonald

DT | Ohio State

via SF - The Browns should take Denzel Boston, but if the 49ers actually trade them Brandon Aiyuk, they won't. Taking Kayden McDonald is a massive decision. Not only because McDonald is massive, but because Myles Garrett is expressing frustration within the Browns organization and potentially wants out.

28

Keylan Rutledge

IOL | Georgia Tech

I totally expect the Texans to do something nobody expects them too. Which means taking a third round graded prospect in the first round. Keylan Rutledge is a great player, but not a 1st round pick.

29

Francis Mauigoa

OT | Miami

I believe the Francis Mauigoa fall ends in Kansas City. He may not even fall this far. However, his recent herniated disc will provide some complications for NFL teams. If a team is willing to work with that and show his true skillset, it's the Chiefs.

30

Ty Simpson

QB | Alabama

TRADE! The Cardinals want to slip up towards the end of the first round to take Simpson before the New York Jets can.

31

Max Iheanachor

OT | Arizona State

The end of the offensive tackles stops in New England. I think they should take this guy over anybody.

32

Brandon Cisse

CB | South Carolina

The 2026 NFL Draft first round concludes with Super Bowl champion, Seattle Seahawks. I believe they will target cornerback or running back here at No. 32.
